Lira University Academic Staff Association (LUASA) has elected new leaders headed by Assoc. Prof. Kumakech and Odongo Herimos as his deputy.
At the Handover ceremony held on 30th April 2025, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Jasper Ogwal Okeng lauded the outgoing LUASA Chairperson, Mr. Omute Tom for leading a strong team that saw the great improvement of staff welfare.
