Was involved in day to day care of critically ill patients in the National referral hospital.  

2009-2014 : Registered Nurse/Clinical Instructor at Mutolere Hospital/School of Nursing    

  • Provide quality nursing care to patients including daily monitoring, recording, and evaluating of medical conditions of up to 60 patients per day. 

  • In the capacity of a ward Manager, was involved in routine management and leadership activities and proper handling of institutional resources. 

  • Mentoring of novice nurses and student nurses of up to 3 nurses per shift. 

  • Ordering of patients drugs, sundries and other logistics required in patients care 

  • Conducting of ward meetings with staff, once every three months 

  • In collaboration with the hospital management initiated and implemented a project to uplift the bed capacity of the ward from 60 to 100 beds,funded by friends of Mutolere Hospital from Netherlands.
