Bachelor of Public Administration and Administration
The Bachelor of Public Administration and Administration program at Lira University is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of public administration principles, policies, and practices. This program prepares individuals for administrative roles in government agencies, non-profit organizations, and various public sector entities.
The program at Lira University offers both day and weekend classes to accommodate the diverse needs of students. Day classes typically run during weekdays, allowing students to attend lectures, participate in discussions, and engage in various academic activities. These classes follow a structured timetable and are ideal for individuals who prefer a traditional learning environment.
On the other hand, weekend classes are specifically designed for students who have other commitments during the week, such as work or family responsibilities. These classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays, providing flexibility for students to pursue their degree while managing their other obligations. Weekend classes often have longer durations to compensate for the reduced number of contact hours per week compared to day classes.
Regardless of the class schedule chosen, the Bachelor of Public Administration and Administration program at Lira University covers a range of subjects related to public administration. Students learn about governance, public policy analysis, organizational behavior, public finance, human resource management, and strategic management. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications, enabling students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills necessary for effective public administration.
