The Deputy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Okaka Opio Dokotum visits Northern Illinois University where he graduated with a PhD in English in 2008.
He held talks with the Associate Vice President in charge of Academic Affairs, Prof. Bradley Bond and the President of Northern Illinois University, Prof. Lisa Freeman. Issues concerning building a strong partnership between Northern Illinois University and Lira University were discussed.
