On the 9th of October 2018, Lira University Maternity delivered their first set of twins.
The parents to the twins, Adongo Keren and Obong Tom, of Angwetangwet B Lira Municipality, were overwhelmed with joy on setting their eyes of their son and daughter, Opio and Acen.
