LIRA UNIVERSITY TO ADMIT THOUSANDS FOR 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR

Lira University is set to admit thousands of students in different attractive programmes in the 2021/2022 academic year.
The University Academic Registrar, Geoffrey Angella says there are several academic courses including sciences that can benefit students and the community in which they live.
Angella reveals that the call for inviting students to apply for admissions is already running on different Media platforms including the university website and Facebook page.
The Academic Registrar urged parents and students to take advantage of Lira University, a government educational institution, to access better education at fair costs.
He added that the admissions that shall run from late April to July include Master’s degree courses and Bachelor of Education for secondary and primary school teachers, studied during school holidays.
He noted that Lira University also offers other cprogrammes like Post-Graduate and Under-graduate for weekends, which suit interests of those working in offices or committed during week-days.
Lira University, a public educational institution created in 2015, is located in Ayere cell, Barapwo Ward, Lira City West Division, Lira City. The university covers a total area of 621 acres (251.3 hectares) of land.
