African Development Bank (ADB) officials visited Lira University on Thursday 17th October, 2019 to assess the progress of the HEST (Higher Education, Science and Technology) project.
A meeting was held and reports were presented on issues concerning the project for example Hospital equipment, Hospital infrastructure, ICT related issues and many others.
