Members of Parliament, Hon. Anthony Okello, Kioga County and Hon. Kisa Stephen Bakubalwayo, Luuka South County, on the Select Committee of Inquiry into allegations of sexual violence in Schools and Institutions, paid a visit to Lira University to discuss matters on sexual violence in higher institutions of Learning in Uganda.
Lira University presented a sexual harassment policy which is intended to protect students and staff from sexual advances.
