Lira University Management, Lira District Local Government and Assurance Committee of Parliament had a meeting at Lira University chaired by Member of Parliament for Obongi Constituency (Moyo district), Hon. Fungaroo Kaps Hasan.
The meeting was organized to discuss matters concerning the physical progress and the general development in Lira University such as Lira University teaching hospital, Academic programmes, students enrolment, technical structure, the physical performance of the University and many more.

I think that everything posted was very logical.
But, think about this, suppose you were to create
a killer headline? I am not suggesting your information isn't solid, however suppose you added something that makes people want more?
I mean Status report presented to the Assurance Committee of Parliament of Uganda – Lira university is kinda plain. You might look at Yahoo's front page and note how they create post titles to grab viewers to click.
You might try adding a video or a related pic or two
to get readers excited about everything've got to say. Just my
opinion, it would make your blog a little livelier.
