Felister Apili is a certified nurse-midwife from Uganda. She works as a lecturer at Lira University, a public university located in Lira City, northern Uganda. Felister holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Degree with a specialty in Midwifery & Women’s Health from Makerere University, Kampala-Uganda.
Felister is a passionate educator with professional experience in classroom and clinical settings, research proposal writings and data collection, manuscript publication, grant writing & management, and departmental leadership. Felister is currently serving as the acting Head of Department for the Department of Nursing & Midwifery at Lira University and is an active member of the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council.
She lives with her family in Lira, Uganda and enjoys traveling and meeting new people.
